Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at service@Shopvisien.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request. After this period, returns will not be accepted. If you choose to return an order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when we shipped them, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent cards, broken stamps, or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the returned item is not in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include products purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer mishandling. Shopvisien reserves the right to refuse any returns.

What should I do if the product received is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact service@Shopvisien.com to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)

  • Complete shipping address

  • Telephone number

In some cases, we may request a video or photo of the defective product as proof of purchase to enable a refund or replacement.

How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 14 working days to process from the day we receive your returned item. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, refunds will exclude all shipping and handling costs.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will appear in your account.

If you have not yet received a refund, you may:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.

How can I change or cancel an order?

We allow changes to order details or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, send an email to service@Shopvisien.com, including your order number and your request. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
